Climbing up <a href=http://volcano.und.edu/vwdocs/current_volcs/ecuador/guagua_pichincha.html>Guagua Pinchincha</a>, which means Climbing up Guagua Pinchincha, which means "baby" in the local language. Pinchincha is a range with three volcanos, and last erupted in 1999. Supposedly two thousand people were hired to clean up volcanic ash.

We drove up to 4000 meters (~13000 feet) and then walked up 700 meters (~2200 feet). It wasn't easy coming from Orlando, at sea level, to 4700 meters, about 15000 feet! Three miles!
